The staff here are just amazing! It's our first time using a cattery, and the first time for Peach. We weren't sure what to expect but she was looked after very well even though she was quite nervous. The grounds are just gorgeous, and the ducks and Alpacas are a lovely bonus! A great sized enclosure, and all the kitties there seem very happy and chirpy! I feel much better knowing that Peach is safe, warm, and with people that adore her 🥰

Took our 2 cats to this lovely beautifully kept cattery .Karen and staff looked after our cats to a very high standard. When we collected our cats Xander and Yianni ,they were so chilled out and relaxed .And settled into their normal routine quickly ,when they got home after collection .They looked as if they had a holiday too! Looking very well,healthy and bright .😺😺. I would highly recommend this cattery .Very popular ,so book early to avoid disappointment .😃

The staff at Riverbank Cattery are so lovely and caring. My cat is very nervous and not too sure about strangers but she always seems happy and content when I go to collect her and I can tell she has been well looked after. The cattery is very clean and tidy and all the cat rooms are well maintained and light and airy.

What a fantastic cattery. Huge units for each cat set within lovely grounds. Competitive rates and absolutely lovely staff. I have changed cattery and will now only use Riverbank cattery.

Staff are brilliant they care place is always lovely and clean if I'm thinking about booking a weekend for myself and the cats can stay at home.

A lovely place with really caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble and always friendly and helpful. Incredibly clean, our cat always comes home in a good mood as they go the extra mile to make sure all the cats are cared for to the highest level.

Highly recommend Riverbank cattery. Staff are very caring and have a genuine love for cats. Very high standard of hygiene, well equipped and a beautiful location. My cat has stayed twice. He’s a very timid house cat and was looked after so well. When I collected him he was very happy and relaxed. Definitely a place you can trust.

Beautiful location near Shaldon. Accommodation is comfortable. Staff are knowledgeable about cats and looked after our fussy eater's needs beautifully. If you prefer to supply your own food this isn't a problem. Our cat got the cuddles he needed and it showed when we picked him up. Thoroughly recommend this place I really do, they're wonderful.

Caring, professional, friendly, thoughtful. What more can I say. Lovely size runs each with own outside space where they can watch the Alpacas and wildlife. Heat pads. Human company 9-5 every day. We have used Riverbank for 15 years and all of our cats have loved it.In fact sometimes they don't want to come home! The cats are well cared for and kept warm and cosy.We feel we can completely rely on Karen and her team. They are flexible and friendly and will always follow any special requests. Oh and the cats love the views!
