Excellent service from start to finish. Giles is extremely knowledgable, efficient and easy to deal with. We contacted Giles to help us refit a shower room, he provided excellent advice in the best materials to use and providing lots of options. When it came to completing the work it went smoothly from start to end. Giles arrived on time, everytime. Fitted a full length shower and resited an immersion cylinder from the loft to the kitchen as well as replacing taps, cistern parts and a booster pump etc. Very knowledgeable and a good problem solver, tidied up behind him as he went along and finished on budget and a day early, can recommend Giles very highly and will not hesitate to call him for future jobs, a proper tradesman and a nice guy to deal with, very genuine chap.

Giles repaired the cistern in my toilet. He was very professional & told me the cost before he started the job. He carried out the work efficiently & cleanly. I would definitely recommend.

Giles sorted out and repaired a water leak that we didn’t know where it was leaking from. Giles quickly established where the problem and was then fixed it, and went out of his way in doing so. Great work, nice chap and easy to have as he just got on with it. Easy to communicate with in first instance too which is important when you have discovered a water ingress.

Giles fitted a bath and changed a washer and added washing machine plumbing. He gets on with it at speed but he was happy to take the time to understand my ideas (he made me taps from plumbing materials) I would recommend him, and will definitely use him again.

Thoroughly recommend Giles at Velocity Plumbing. He is highly skilled, thorough, tidy, courteous, professional, good value and his work is of a very high quality. He took out kitchen plumbing, sink, dishwasher and lounge radiator. He repaired and tidied all plumbing, replaced sink, under cabinet, moved and reconnected the washing machine (extra) and installed a new designer radiator. Totally impressed.

Giles was very professional and did a great job of installing two new radiators in our home and he left the area clean and tidy. One of the radiators was a curved one in a bay window and it looks amazing! I would definitely use his services again.
